2.    You will find the necessary details on the Bank Transfer slip from the ATM/CDM machine or online confirmation screen after payment.

Note:

  1. After placing your order, you have 24 hours to make payment and upload your Bank Transfer slip detail to avoid your order being cancelled.
     
  2. If you have access to online banking (CIMB Clicks, Maybank2U, PBeBank etc), we recommend using Online Banking (Direct Debit) for instant payment and processing.

I’ve made a bank transfer and I still have not received my confirmation email?

  1. You should receive your confirmation email within 2 working days after making payment and sending in the bank transfer slip details to sales@shopotherwise.com
     
  2. If you have not received the email, please contact us at 603 – 6277 5179 between 9am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays; and between 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. The office is closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
