If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reasons, you can return the item to us for a full refund within 90 days of your purchase.
We will honor returns for a full refund as long as you show the original receipt of your purchase, with or without the original product packaging.
To provide you the best possible online shopping experience, you should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. Return shipping is absolutely FREE.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days. Depending on your Credit Card Company or Local Bank, it may take an additional 2- 10 working days for your credit card or bank account to be credited.

Step 2: Pick-up Return from your home
We will send an email notification to inform you when our courier company will pick up your return from your home.
You do not have to send the return; we will pick up the return from your home.
Note : Kindly ensure there is someone at your home when our courier company arrives at your home.

Step 3: Re-packing the returned item(s)
You can use your original Shopotherwise box you received, or any plan, unmarked cardbox box to return to us.
Note : If there are any existing stickers or labels on the shipping box from previous shipment, kindly remove them.
Step 4: Check your email for refund acknowledgement
Once your return shipment reaches us, we will process your return, and will send you an email acknowledgment. Kindly allow us 4 to 5 workings days to process your return.
Step 5: Check your credit card or bank account
When we have completed the refund to your credit card or bank account, we will send you an email notification.
